Hi JD great article and I love your sense of humor! I like to get my cardio on a treadmill. I set the incline at its highest setting, speed at and do a walk for 5 minute warm-up. I then push speed to 6 and basically Sprint 40-45 seconds. I’ll do 5 sets of this keep rest to about 2 minutes between sets. I’ll work up a great sweat and be huffing and puffing when finished. I feel great afterward. I hit the iron with full body workouts training as hard and heavy as I can with 2-3 days rest between them. I’m 57 and have been at this since about age 18. I will never stop!
